Gabrielle (Gabbie) Martinez founded Gabrielle Martinez Utility Engineering Consultants, LLC in 2025, bringing with her a deep and diverse background in utility coordination, utility engineering, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility inspection services. She has supported a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including highways, ports, urban and municipal roads, dams, bridges, and private developments.
Gabbie specializes in managing and clearing utilities from project corridors to reduce risk and minimize contractor delays. Her hands-on field experience, from working in the oil and gas sector to managing large-scale civil projects, gives her a unique, practical perspective that enhances her ability to solve complex utility challenges.
